Are your products true to size?
We work hard to ensure our shoes are a true fit. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend you to visit our Size Guidance page to get much more information about our size chart in UK, US and EU size measurement. When I add an item to my shopping bag, does it guarantee I have the item?
Placing an item into your shopping bag doesn’t reserve the item.
In fact, the item could sell out if other customers place orders of the same product before you check out.
Do you have a stock for a model that I like?
You can see and check all the products in our stock through the website. If you have any other demand, we are able to work on your demand as bespoke. After we work with our production experts for your requitement, we will inform you whether it is suitable or not.
What should I pay attention when ordering?
The information that you give to us after you become a member is very important in order to complete your delivery properly. Your delivery address, contact information and phone number are transmitted to cargo company by our system directly. To not have a problem at the time of delivery, please double check your information before you place an order.
How can I find a product that I want to purchase?
You can find the category, color, or size you are looking for with the filter section. Also, you can use the search button to find what you are seeking by using keywords.
How do you select material and where are your products manufactured?
As Callizio, we are very strict about material & product quality by choosing each product material. Because of that, our production team only works with the top quality materials especially for our customers and to provide 100% satisfaction. We are supervising all process of production and our products are manufactured in Turkey in our facilities.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we are attending international exhibitions such as Pure London, MODA UK – Birmingham, Mosshoes – Moscow, Exposhoes – Kiev, AYMOD – Istanbul, etc. If you want to get information about buying wholesale, please contact us by using [email protected] to inform us what you need.
How do I contact with customer service?
If you have anything you wish to discuss with our Customer Care team, please get in contact with us by using e-mail [email protected] or raise a ticket online. We can reply to you the same day during working hours.
Return and Exchange
How can I return and what is the return policy?
As we are based on Callizio 100% satisfaction policy, we accept the return request within 14 days from the delivery date of the package.
Item must be returned with original packaging with the tags attached. Product must be unused and unworn without any damage, dirt or being fixed. We’re unable to accept used products’ returns if they are not in resalable condition.
You must create a return form for your order by using your account by using Apply for Return tab. When you are sending back to your item, package must include petition with your name, surname, order number, reason of your return, your address information and your signature. After that, you should send the product and the petition back to this address.
The cost of shipping from Callizio warehouse is free. However, the returning costs of delivery is under the responsibility of our precious customers. After you send a package back, please keep the given code from carrier. Right after we get the returned product and process it through return policy, we will refund within 3-7 days according to the bank transaction procedures.

When will I get my refund?
We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll be completing your refund request after the returned package has been received and processed. Refund will take 3-7 working days to reach your account according to your bank policies.
Order Conditions
Where is my order?
When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse, we will update the tracking number in your order page. Then you will be able to Track Your Order for any updates. Our agreed cargo company is DHL Express. You will be able to track your order from DHL Tracking page.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If your item is not shipped, you will be able to cancel or amend your order. Right after you decide whether you cancel or amend your order, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] Then, we will put that into process. Please note the request of cancellation or amendment is not possible if your order is already shipped
My tracking is showing that my parcel is being returned to sender, so what to do?
It means that the carrier has become unable to deliver your package because whether they could not you find at your address or invalid address was given. If the tracking information shows that package is returned to us, you can wait for your parcel to come back and we will refund you when it arrives to us. General process for this condition on refund could take up to 21 days. (14 days to receive and 7 days to process refunding according to bank condition.)

What are your payment options?
You can shop via Visa, MasterCard or American Express bank/debit cards, debit cards, credit cards or a virtual card offered by your bank.
Is it safe to pay with a Credit Card?
Every order that you make on our Callizio website is based on a 100% reliable system. Within the framework of 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, other than you, no one can view or access your credit/debit card number and information. As soon as you enter your credit card number, the information of your number is encrypted and sent to the bank. It cannot be viewed by 2nd person or persons, including Callizio. Your payment transactions are completed reliably within the banking system.
What is 3D Secure Payment?
Callizio is using 3D Secure Payment. 3D Secure Payment System is an extra security system that is developed to ensure and protect the security of shopping transactions made with credit and debit cards over the internet. With the “secure internet shopping” solutions developed by Visa and Master Card, both cardholders and member merchants have secured their bank transactions against fraud.
Delivery
Do I need to pay for shipping?
All of your orders, no matter which location you are, sent as “Free”. There is no shipping cost. As we are shipping internationally, the only thing that you need to consider is which tax and import duties could vary according to your country’s policies. Which cargo company are you using?
We are mainly working with DHL Express company for all of our international shipping. (For Europe and USA, we generally work with DHL Express. In other countries, we work with the cargo company that provides the best service in the ordered country.) No matter where you are, you can place an order as free shipping.
What are the delivery conditions?
In normal conditions, we are dispatching orders on time (1-3 work days, mostly in same day dispatch) and delivering as express (1-5 work days). Orders are being processed on time. In some cases, there can be some short delays in customs and border restrictions could be applied because of some reasons like Covid 19 or lockdown across some countries. It is differing with the policies of each country’s customs. At the time of big campaign dates, your order may be delayed a little bit because of the volume of campaign works. Please be sure that we are devotedly working for you to get your product on time.
What is shipping process and where are your products shipped from?
After you place an order, our software system is updated and we receive your order. Your order is directly seen in our order list. It is processed with our operation team and prepared. After necessary documentations and your invoice is completed, DHL will be called to pick up that day’s packages and your package is shipped from our warehouse in Turkey. Then, tracking number will be updated on your order page by DHL Express. Finally, package will be delivered by carrier considering your details.
Account Management
How do I change my email address?
For the sake of our customers’ security, we do not allow to change of e-mail address. If you need to apply with new e-mail address, please create a new account with new e-mail address.
How do I change my delivery address?
Log in your account , select addresses part and you can edit your existing address. We are unable to amend the delivery address on an order which has already been placed and shipped.
How do I change contact number?
Log in your account , select contact detail part and you can edit your existing contact number. We are unable to amend the contact number on an order which has already been placed and shipped.
How do I change my password?
If you remember your password, it is simple. Log into your account by using your current password, by using account information section, you have the option to change your password. If you forgot your password, at the account log in page, select the forgotten password option and follow the steps to reset with your registered e-mail address. If that doesn’t work, please get in connect with us by using contact us.
